Also received a fine for parking for 2 long. Wife in a wheelchair and it takes time to get round especially just before christmas. Did not see any signage. Also won't be returning to this centre. Parking limits, don"t they want us to shop there. We won't we ever again!

Don't bother. You get fined for parking. I recieved a £60 fine today for parking for 4 hours, with a threat to increase to £100 if unpaid for 14 days. I had no idea that there was a limit in force, but after shopping in all of the stores with my mum and stopping for a costa, I don't expect to receive a disgusting parking fine. I can find these shops elsewhere without parking restrictions, so won't be back here.

I will never return to this shopping centre and will advise others to same, due to the extortionate parking fee £100, that I received. I will go to other areas that have free and cheap parking. Going here proved to be a very expensive day out. I will also stay away from Hull, if this is the kind of parking charges that they apply. I am disabled and take longer than most to get around shops, with breaks for coffee. 3 hrs is not long enough for the amount of shops. The shops themselves should be complaining as it is losing them trade.

Having been slapped with a £100 fine, I will never be returning to this car park and will advise others. I am disabled and struggle to get around. Stopping for a coffee for a rest cost me a fine. Never again

Shopped here frequently and usually there for a couple of hours. Shopped for 3.5 hours and received a fine. Spent £400 today, had lunch at Costa. Signage is small. Won’t be returning.

Took my elderly sisters there for an afternoon shopping. Went to Costa for a bite to eat and spent a good 45 minutes in Hobby craft. We then looked in all the other shops and spent a lot of money. Absolutely disgusted to find out today I have been fined for staying over the time limit (approx 19 mins) when I saw no signs indicating there was one. I will be getting in touch with Hull council to complain about this. Not good for visitors like myself I travelled from Grimsby to bring my sisters here and will be advising others not to come. Its a total rip off.

Signs are far too small we didn’t know there was a 3 hour limit. There are far too many shops to visit in less than 3 hours fined for over staying 15 minutes disgusting we won’t be using it again.

Warning! Sharp practice operation. Little wonder the once higher end retailers have moved away from this retail park to be replaced by thrift stores. Been parking and shopping here for decades but got caught out last summer. Sign says free parking for 3 hours. Parked there for just under 2 hours and got a hefty fine. When I rang to question this the cocky individual on the phone stated free parking period is only 90 minutes. Trading standards need to be taking a close look at this company. Little wonder all the reputable retailers have moved out!

I stayed long then I should also got a fine. But I went into all the shops had lots to do and even eaten in costa. Not fair when you are busy.

avoid if you can. i did not see any sign saying 3hrs max. overstayed by 15 mins as i was enjoying my time shopping in all the stores there and was slapped with £100 fine. will not be shopping there again.

Wouldn't park here don't be fooled. Hefty fines if you overstay. Not surprised less and less people shop in the city centre. It could be a pretty good place for all sorts of visitors to the city but privately owned carpark companies have ruined it for shoppers and tourists. I shall be writing to Hull councillors about the demise of our once welcoming city.

I would not give these clowns 1 star can't even read English or do simple maths got a fine for being in car park 1hr 46mins which equals 116mins signage states 3hrs free parking which equals 180mins but company saying its 90mins who are they trying to kid just praying on the vulnerable.

Very good access to the retail park. Many parking bays available. A lot of shops for daily grocery shopping. Just be aware of three hours parking limit.

I have had a fine for staying 17 mins over, was told over the phone it was 90 mins, appealed as I didn’t know about times, just looked on website and it’s 3 hrs, will never use again,
